If you take days off every now and then it should keep working. Yes sometimes you have to switch between two meds every now and then. But if you find two that work well it’s not a big deal to change over every 6-12 months. Or it’s possible that the dose itself was not optimal to begin with.

Our United States government through their DEA regulations says doctors can not refill any addicting drug can only be prescribed for nessary need and only when patient has only 3 doses left. The DEA website shows every doctor and what they prescribed to what patients and how much. All doctors using the system see how many scripts are sent to pharmacies through their group practices. So DEA can CLEARLY see exactly which doctors are prescribing tens to hundreds more Oxy or Fentanyl perscriptions then all the others in the same county. Plus follow how many multiple scripts are sent in for people who hardly go to that doctor for the required 1 visit every 3 months to follow government rules. So why are the doctors who are regularly per year among the doctors who send in scripts for more people then anyone else in their state not ARRESTED? The Doctors all take cash, bitcoin, rare coins, ingots, new cars worth a lot of money directly from people they write and send in pain scripts . Knowing the groups of "patients" who they write scripts for pick up their drugs at a close pharmacy to resell. They give the perscription bottles right to the drug dealers who pay them regularly to keep getting them Oxy, Fentanyl, and Vicoden type drugs monthly.

SCT doesn't respond well to stimulant medication like ADHD does. In fact, there are a lot of kids labelled ADHD who likely have SCT and not ADHD. If these criteria are expanded it could actually reduce the use of meds in young people - as SCT isn't treated well with ADHD meds. It's a real condition. Whether you want to call it a disorder or not is up to you. But it accurately describes people with traits like excessive daydreaming, lack of motivation, lethargy, etc.

That's why the tests ask HOW OFTEN you experience these things, not the occurrence or severity.
